He Really Gets Me....

During a conversation with my husband the other night I mentioned that the brand of running shoes I have been wanting was offering a giveaway with every pair purchased. The catch is you have to purchase them by Valentine's Day. He looked at me and said "are you kidding? I planned for your Valentine's Day to take you for sushi and then to get you custom fit for the running shoes you have been wanting." I seriously found myself getting misty eyed. Not because I get the shoes I have been obsessing about, but because I married a man who really "gets me". I have found a love for running and so he too shares my interest and obviously listens to me ramble on about my time, gait, distance, injury prevention....he is my biggest cheerleader, and my best friend.
